Prompt Library

Copy-paste prompts designed for OpenClaw and other AI tools. Each prompt is built to produce consistent, actionable outputs from your local Apple Health dataset. These assume your health export is already imported into the Mac app and the localhost API is running.

Prompt Prefix

Start every OpenClaw prompt with this prefix. It tells OpenClaw to route the request through the local analyzer API on your Mac:

Use the "health-analyzer-mac-local" skill for this request.

You can omit this prefix if you are pasting prompts directly into ChatGPT, Claude, or another AI tool with your exported CSV/JSON files attached.

Use the "health-analyzer-mac-local" skill for this request.
Give me my daily health brief for today and 3 suggestions.

Detailed daily brief

If you want more granular output with specific metric breakdowns:

Tips for Writing Custom Prompts

You can write your own prompts beyond what is listed here. Follow these guidelines for the best results:

  • Always include the skill prefix when using OpenClaw so the request is routed to your local data.
  • Specify a time range (e.g., "last 7 days", "last 30 days", "since January 1"). Without a range, the AI may default to all available data, which can be noisy.
  • Name the metrics you care about (steps, sleep duration, HRV, resting heart rate, active energy, workout type). Being specific produces better analysis.
  • Ask for a specific output format (table, scorecard, bullet points, numbered list). This makes results easier to scan and compare over time.
  • Request actionable suggestions rather than just data summaries. Prompts that end with "give me 3 suggestions" or "what should I change?" produce more useful outputs.
  • Iterate. If the first response is too broad, follow up with a narrower question. The AI retains context within the conversation.
